- The Kampinos national park at about 20 kilometers to the North-West of Warsaw lies a beautiful national park with biking and hiking trails as well as a war cimetary with museum. It has been inscribed in the UNESCO list of biosphere reserves.
- The ruins of Czersk: the former residence of the dukes of Masovia dates back to the 12th century and is situated at approximately 35 kilometers to the South of Warsaw. Especially beautiful: the view of the surroundings and the market square of Czersk city.
